DL Brochure Printing Sunshine Coast
The DL brochure is the classic Australian business brochure. An A4 sheet folded twice down to DL size (99 x 210mm), it gives you six panels to tell your story, yet fits perfectly into brochure stands, DL envelopes and pockets.
NPrint prints DL brochures in-house at our Forest Glen workshop for businesses, tourism operators, clubs and community groups across the Sunshine Coast.
Fold Options
- Tri-fold (roll fold) – the two outer panels fold in over each other. The most popular brochure format, with a natural reading order from cover to inside
- Z-fold – folds back and forth like a concertina. Great for maps, timelines, step-by-step guides and content that reads left to right

What Are DL Brochures Used For?
- Business and service overviews
- Tourism and accommodation rack cards
- Takeaway menus
- Real estate and property information
- Health and medical practice information
- Direct mail in DL envelopes
- Event programs and maps
Paper Stock
Printed in full colour on quality stocks from 150gsm up to heavier card. A slightly heavier stock gives a crisper fold and a more premium feel, so ask us which suits your job.
Artwork and Design
Supply a print-ready PDF at A4 flat size (297 x 210mm) with 3mm bleed and crop marks. On a tri-fold, the inside flap panel needs to be slightly narrower so it folds cleanly, so check with us before you start or send us your file to set up. Our graphic design team can also design your brochure from scratch.
Fast Turnaround, Collect or Delivered
Collect from our Forest Glen workshop, just off the Bruce Highway at Exit 200, or we’ll send your brochures by Express Post or courier.
Other Brochure and Flyer Options

DL Brochure FAQs
What size is a DL brochure?
It folds to 99 x 210mm. Flat, it’s an A4 sheet (297 x 210mm).
What’s the difference between a tri-fold and a Z-fold?
A tri-fold folds both outer panels inward. A Z-fold folds back and forth in a zigzag, so it opens out like a concertina.
Will a DL brochure fit in an envelope?
Yes. DL brochures fit a standard DL envelope, which makes them ideal for mail-outs.
